Barre At The Brewery

The team at Ryse Fitness Studio is bringing monthly fitness classes to our taproom! Barre at the Brewery with local instructor Margo will take place on Saturday, March 5 starting at 10 a.m.

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates that focuses on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that few other workouts can.

Each fitness class is $15 to participate and it includes a pint of FBC beer at the end of the class for those 21+. Due to limited space, we encourage all attendees to pre-register to lock in a spot. Walk-ins will be accepted if possible, but not guaranteed.

Plan to arrive by 9:45 a.m. to get settled in. The class will begin promptly at 10 a.m. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. No experience necessary!
