Join us for Yoga and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. In a strength training class, you'll be moving heavy objects, or your body, in a way that creates resistance. “We use resistance to build strength, tone muscle, shed fat, burn calories—all packed into one workout,”
Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
Fitness Fusion is a 60 minute class which includes a diversity of exercise and modifications to suit a range of difficulties from beginner to advanced. Class starts with a dance party featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance performed primarily to Latin American music. Then move into a high intensity interval training. Finish strong with toning, targeting specific muscle groups. And a much needed stretch.
Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
