Join us for Yoga and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Date Night Dance Steps
Bring your special someone for a night of dancing.
You will learn two dances that you will be able to use anywhere from your living room to a wedding, plus some romantic spins and dips. This class is great for couples who have no dance experience and may usually feel intimidated to get on the dance floor. The instructors specialize in turning beginners into confident dancers.

PiYo combines the strength training—and body lengthening—aspects of Pilates with the core training and stretching elements of yoga to create an entirely new workout experience. It's low impact and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. Unlike traditional Pilates and yoga sessions, PiYo is set up like a cardio class, designed to burn calories and make you sweat.
Mommy & Me
A class with adult assistance & involvement. Students are exposed to different styles of music, movement, fun dance games & props, and quality time with a parent, grandparent, guardian, or care-taker. Students are introduced to how to participate in a classroom environment, including taking turns and putting props away. Parents assist the children by guiding their movements, helping them stay on task, encouraging involvement, and easing them into independent involvement.
Fitness Fusion is a 60 minute class which includes a diversity of exercise and modifications to suit a range of difficulties from beginner to advanced. Class starts with a dance party featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance performed primarily to Latin American music. Then move into a high intensity interval training. Finish strong with toning, targeting specific muscle groups. And a much needed stretch.
Dance Cardio is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Dance Cardio routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
