Goal Hike: is a journey to help set our intentions and goals in place just for time for summer. We will take a hike through the park enjoying all the beauty nature has to offer. At a mid point we will break, enjoy JK if you ordered ahead, and listen to a guest speaker. Then ke some quiet time to journal our thoughts and goals. We will learn how to set timeliness and reasonable chunks so that we can successfully reach our set goals. We will then continue with finishing the hike and reflecting on the journey.
